Rowduet terms of service
Last updated October 30, 2026.
These terms govern your use of Rowduet, a Google Sheets add-on made by Affine LLC ("we"). By installing or using Rowduet you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept them for that company.
The service
Rowduet imports Jira Cloud issues into Google Sheets, refreshes them on a schedule, and, on plans that include it, writes edits from the sheet back to Jira. It acts with your own Jira and Google permissions. You are responsible for the changes you push to Jira.
Trial, plans and billing
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every feature. No card is needed.
- Paid plans are priced per Jira site, monthly or annually, and billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- If Rowduet does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rowduet to break the law, to access Jira data you are not allowed to see, or to overload Jira or our servers. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where practical.
Your data
Your data stays yours. How we handle it is described in the Rowduet privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Rowduet reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service; Jira and Google can change or limit their APIs. We may change features or these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days ahead.
Disclaimers and liability
Rowduet is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Trademarks
Jira is a trademark of Atlassian. Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC. Rowduet is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Atlassian or Google.
