Rowduet support
Write to hello@affinehq.com and include your Jira site address and what you were trying to do.
A scheduled refresh failed
Open Extensions → Rowduet for Jira → Open Rowduet. The sync shows the reason in red with a Retry button. The most common cause is an expired Jira sign-in: click Reconnect Jira, sign in, and the sheet catches up straight away.
Rowduet says my organization blocks it
Some Atlassian organizations block apps that users connect themselves. Ask a Jira site admin to allow Rowduet under admin.atlassian.com → Security → User-installed apps, then connect again.
A status change was not applied
Rowduet changes status through your workflow. If no transition leads from the current status to the one you typed, or the transition needs extra fields, the change is marked with the reason. Make the change in Jira once, or adjust the workflow.
A cell is marked as a conflict
Someone changed that field in Jira after you edited the cell. The sidebar shows both values: choose Keep sheet to send yours, or Keep Jira to take theirs.
Refreshes are slower than usual
Atlassian limits how often apps may call Jira. When the limit is reached, Rowduet waits and retries automatically; the sync status shows when it will try again.
Subscribe after the trial
Choose a plan on the subscribe page (Rowduet’s See plans button opens it). Pay with the email of the Google account you use in Sheets and the plan unlocks within a minute. Paid with another email? Write to us and we will link it.
Change plan, update a card or cancel
Email us and we will change it for you. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
Uninstall and delete my data
Disconnect Jira in the sidebar to delete your Jira sign-in, then uninstall from Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons. To delete your account entirely, email us.
