Privacy policy

This policy covers desk.affinehq.com and the product pages on it, including Rowduet. These sites are run byAffine LLC ("we"). We keep the data we collect to a minimum.
What we collect
- Early access sign-ups: your email address and, if you choose to give them, your Jira site address, your role and what you would use the product for. We also record which page you signed up on, the campaign link that brought you (for example utm_source), the referring site and your country, as reported by our hosting provider.
- Pre-orders: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country and payment status. We never see or store your full card details.
- Analytics: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
How we use it
To tell you when early access opens, to send occasional product updates, to deliver what you pre-ordered, and to understand which pages and messages are useful. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Sign-up data is stored with Cloudflare. Payment data is stored with Stripe. Both act as our service providers.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until a product is discontinued. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@affinehq.com.
The Rowduet product
When Rowduet launches, it will come with its own privacy terms describing how it handles your Jira and Google data. We will publish them before anyone connects an account.
